ABOUT Deirdre R. Sabo

Deirdre Sabo is a professional dressage rider that is based in Belton, Texas.  After  graduating from Baylor University, she jumped head first into the professional dressage world.  

Deirdre specializes in developing athletes for the long haul using systematic dressage techniques that ensure that the horse is developed properly as they progress through the levels.  She believes that every horse can benefit from proper dressage training, no matter the breed or discipline as it is the basis of all riding.  

She also has a love for developing the human athlete.  She has dedicated her studies towards this.  She is a International Sports Sciences Association Master personal trainer and nutritionist with specializations in strength and conditioning, behavioral change, online coaching, tactical training, and corrective exercise
